Once you sell your item, package your item carefully, make sure the shipping address is correct and legible on the box, and bring it to the nearest USPS office or UPS store.

Make sure to get a receipt so you can upload the tracking number to the GearUp app. Make sure to input the tracking number for the buyer to see, that way they can know when to expect the item.

To upload a tracking number go to My Profile > My Sales. Find the item you shipped and tap the three dots in the upper right corner of the listing. From there tap Update Tracking Number.

The funds in your GearUp account move from “Pending” to “Redeemable” as soon as the buyer has approved the sale or 10 days after the tracking number was uploaded, whichever comes first.
